Si Tu Sais Bourgogne Aligote Les Vris 2023

The 2023 Les Vris is lean, precise and driven by bright acidity. Orange blossom, green apple and quince sit alongside flint and delicate pastry notes, followed by ripe lemon and a lingering mineral finish; the fruit comes from the southern end of the Côte de Nuits near the Hautes-Côtes border.
